We have immediate opening for a JOB CAPTAIN position in our Walnut Creek office. Person must have California architectural office after experience graduation with B.Arch or M.Arch degree from a US university or equivalent. This position requires executing design and construction drawings on high-rise, full-service hotel projects. Experience with Type I, Type III and Type V project requirements and California Building Codes. Ability to budget, research, work independently and supervise others on site planning, preliminary design and construction documents. Knowledge of Master Specification sections used in hospitality projects.
Min. technical skills: 3 years or more user of ArchiCAD 20 or higher, Photoshop, In-Design, Powerpoint and MS Office on Macintosh platform. Good verbal and written communications skills.
Archicad Intermediate drafter
