Becoming a registered user

How do I become a "registered user" ?

 

Once we determine a client, consultant or contractor needs to download files posted for a project, we create a "username" and "password" and inform the new "registered user" by email. Please do not share the password with anyone else per the "terms and conditions" of our website.
