You may not place any of our CAD files, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or duplication of any kind without prior written consent from our company. Any misuse or distribution of our CAD files will result in severe penalties, SKL Associates, Inc. will pursue legal action for any losses resulting from your misuse of our content. We do not grant exclusive rights for items downloaded from our site.

6. IMAGE USAGE
All images used in our website are copyrighted by their respective owners and are subject to limited use. You do not have rights to reuse the images in their modified or present forms anywhere else including other templates or websites. Further you do not have rights to resell/license/sub license/lease the images used in our website in their modified or present forms under any circumstances.

You understand SKL Associates, Inc. is not responsible for the content, quality or merchantability of any information, product or service offered herein and you must assume full responsibility to evaluate independently the accuracy, completeness, quality and usefulness of any information or other content. SKL Associates, Inc. hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, expressed and implied, including but not limited to any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose by any vendor, customer, or associate offering information, products, any services linked to the SKL Associates, Inc. website. The user /customer agrees that SKL Associates, Inc. is not responsible, and shall have no liability to such user, with respect to any information, product or service offered by others who are linked to the SKL Associates, Inc. website. 12. GOVERNING LAW
Customer understands that for all disputes, with regard to any of SKL Associates, Inc.. services or any term listed in this policy, the only jurisdiction that shall be used in determining liability is the court situated in Concord, CA. If SKL Associates, Inc. is obligated to go to court, rather than arbitration, to enforce any of its rights, or to collect any fees, you agree to reimburse SKL Associates, Inc.. for its legal fees, costs and disbursements if SKL Associates, Inc. is successful. You agree that the Courts of Contra Costa County in the State of California, USA are the agreed and appropriate forums for any such suit, and consent to service of process by registered mail or overnight courier with proof of delivery.

13. SEVERABILITY
If any term or provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall be fully enforceable on its remaining terms and conditions.

14. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

You understand that SKL Associates, Inc. reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
