What other consultants are required for a new project and who is responsible to hire them ?

Usually, SKL Associates, Inc. hires the structural and MEP consultants. The client appoints the civil engineer, geotechnical consultant, landscape architect directly. SKLA will provide referrals for these consultants if a client is not already working with someone.
